COBiT is a frameworkfor an approach to IT management with the objective of ensuring that the technology delivers the information to meet the business needs of the organization or business unit.

Six Sigma

Six Sigma is a process-focused methodology designed to improve business performance through improving specific areas of a strategic business processes

BS15000

BS15000 is an IT service management standard, published by BSI, but used throughout the world. It is closely aligned with the IT Insfrastructure library, ITIL.

ANSI

ANSI administers and coordinates the U.S. voluntary standardization and conformity assessment system.
